Selected from the Growers' Reserve collection, this Gori Gesha embodies every essence of a high elevation lot with heritage, precision in harvesting, and meticulous processing.
Our roasting intention is simple – to preserve its natural sweetness and complexity, with clean vibrancy. The cup initiates with an intense floral quality of white lily, transitioning into elegant acidity of white peach and muscat grape. With a silky and light body, a touch of green citrus freshens the palate, then lingers with perfumed sweetness of a dessert wine as it cools. This, is a tasting journey that rewards with time.
