Our Roast
We thoughtfully source and roast each coffee to honour its origin and flavour. Our coffees are omni-roasted, light to medium with momentum guided by balance, clarity and versatility.
Each coffee is developed with controlled heat and measured progression to preserve origin character while supporting consistent performance across various brewing methods.
The result is coffees defined by natural sweetness, clean structure, layered flavour expression and complexity.
Resting Coffee
We allow each coffee adequate rest post-roast to reach optimal flavour development. Our coffees are best enjoyed 21 days after roast date. Resting coffee allows development on its flavour character. This helps in optimal extraction during your brew, highlights and stabilises the clarity of flavours presentation.
Brewing Recommendation
Please refer to the coffee card provided for brewing guidance tailored to your coffee. These parameters are thoughtfully developed to highlight its intended flavour expression. We encourage following them as a starting point.
Whole Beans & Ground Coffee
Our coffees are offered exclusively as whole beans. We recommend grinding just before brewing to preserve freshness and aroma. This approach allows the coffee to rest properly for optimal flavour development, while giving you full control to adjust your brew to personal preference.
Expiration
For roasted coffee beans, we recommend brewing within 6 months from the roast date on our packaging. Once opened, please enjoy the coffee within 3 months.
For drip bags, they are crafted for brewing without expiry restrictions. It is recommended to enjoy within 3 months for optimal flavour presentation.
We encourage storing the coffees in its provided packaging, in a cool or away from heat environment, to maintain its intended quality.

Purchase
All our coffee goods are prepared upon order. For coffee beans, we send the latest roasted batch to you. Coffee that is on its final roast will be highlighted on the product page.
We highly recommend reviewing your orders before check-out.

Shipping
Shipping within Singapore
For delivery within Singapore, please allow an estimated 3 working days (weekend exclusive) for your order to reach you. Confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to you. Kindly refer to the tracking status for latest delivery updates.
Orders are dispatched during our business weekdays: Tuesday to Thursday. For orders placed after the dispatch days, it will be scheduled for the next round.
International Shipping
We partner with DHL and FedEx to deliver international orders. Confirmation email with tracked information will be sent to you once dispatched.
We refer an estimated 3-15 working days, depending on your destination, subject to transit and custom delays for your orders to arrive. Kindly track your parcel status via indicated courier platform for more details.
We seek your kind understanding that any shipment delay and loss during transit may be a potential circumstance that is not within control. Please liaise with the courier company for further arrangement, if required.

Returns
Returns & Refund
Coffee is a perishable product. As such, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on any coffee orders once they have been dispatched.
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Refunds in these cases will be reviewed and processed on a case-by-case basis.
We do not accept returns on any items.
Should you wish to make changes to your order, we are able to offer a full cancellation and refund provided the request is made within 24 hours of purchase and before the order has been dispatched. We kindly recommend reviewing your order carefully prior to check-out.

Exchange
Exchange requests will be considered in cases where a refund is declined by the customer, and exchange is preferred.
All exchange requests are subject to review at the point of exchange. The coffee product must remain unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Once opened, considered sold.
Exchanges must be processed in person at our coffee studio. We may offer an exchange for the same item, or — if the item is unavailable — an alternative product of same value.
