Rooted in the forests of Santa Clara in Panama, Finca Hartmann is one of the pioneering family estates known for their naturally processed Geisha varietals that feature elegant florals with fruit-driven clarity.
This main lot we've selected offers a particularly graceful interpretation of that heritage. Our roast aims to emphasise its luminous fruit character, whilst preserving its complex Geisha qualities.
The first impression is distinctly floral, with the golden perfume of marigold giving way to the fine citrus lift of pink grapefruit. Red apple and nectarine lend the cup a supple fruit sweetness, before a delicate veil of rose sugar remains on the palate — fragrant, polished and lingering.
The natural process gives the coffee a fuller fruit expression without obscuring the refined structure of the Geisha varietal. Floral aromatics remain lifted above a transparent fruit profile, creating a cup that feels bright, composed and quietly opulent.
