Our roasting practice,

Creating space for subtlety, interpretation, and a more attentive approach to coffee roasting.

We place strong value on subtlety, interpretation, and attentiveness in our approach to roasting. From the outset, an openness to varied expressions and emerging possibilities has guided how we work.

Light roasting, for us, is an exercise in refinement. It invites a more attentive perception of clarity, sweetness, and nuance, giving each coffee greater depth and definition.

Number 46

No.46

Mara Estate, Kenya

Our No.46 selection reflects our ongoing exploration into the evolving possibilities of coffee.

Selected from Kenya’s Mara Estate, this anaerobic natural lot offers a refined and vibrant interpretation of Kenyan coffee through a contemporary lens.

Over time, we came to realise that our work is shaped as much by people, conversations, and ideas as it is by coffee itself.

Through openness and curiosity, we continue to explore new ways of experiencing coffee, expanding the possibilities of what it can become.

The work is never finished. It lives on through the interpretations, experiences, and conversations it inspires.
