Order Guidelines

In supporting your coffee journey as a wholesale partner, we want to encourage your selection and tasting opportunities. With that, we offer a smaller minimum ordering requirement at 0.5kg, up to limited volume per selection, depending on seasonal availability.

Every additional order quantity will be required in 0.5kg – you may order in stacks of 0.5kg (i.e. 1.0kg, 1.5kg, 2.0kg, 2.5kg, etc).

Your orders may be packaged as retail-ready 100g bag, or a 0.5kg/1kg bag. For commercial brewing, we recommend the 0.5kg/1kg bag for functional and brewing ease. For retail purpose, we recommend the 100g bag on your shelves.
Payment & Shipping

Upon confirmation of your order, we will require completion of full payment to ship out your order.

For partners in Singapore, we accept payments directly through Bank Transfer and/or PayNow platform. Complimentary delivery for orders at 2.0kg and above, or a nominal delivery fee applies.

For international partners, we accept payments through designated online payment, which you will be notified upon confirmation of your order. Shipping fees apply, and quotation will be provided upon request. For shipping guidelines, please refer to our FAQs — Shipping.
